Very amazing and beautiful stay... rooms are clean and hygienic... food was very tasty, they have best chef...Their is games available like table tennis, and batminton... magic show was there... swimming pool is huge and clean. Few points are near from this property.. staff is very nice and prompt.. it is worth to stay.."Would highly recommend this place for anyone"We love to Visit again..🙂Property is bit far from main market...(Just one problem we had reservation department person was not picked up our calls on time, found difficulty to connect them. - look into this)
Very good resort and friendly and supportive staff. The only disadvantage is, this property is a bit far from the market area. Beyond this, there is no other property which makes it the last one from the market. Also the resort should think of installing street lights for their guests themselves. It's pitch dark for about 10mins walk towards the market once the sun is down. Except this, there is no other cons. The food here is also very delicious and tasty. Kids are very safe to play even in our absence. Rooms are very neat and tidy. Overall very good maintenance of the property.
Excellent location. Very clean and cosy rooms. Very clean swimming pool. They have table tennis, carrom board and good place to play badminton.The staff is also very prompt and soft spoken. Dining area is very clean.The food was AMAZING.Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Matheran.We will surely visit again 😊
Very good place to stay in Matheran, hotel is good especially the food is delicious. Service and cleanliness is top notch. Highly recommended 👍🏻 Suggestion to the hotel management to update the checkout time from 10.30am to atleast 12.30pm. 10.30 is very early to checkout.
Very green property, away from the crowd. Hygienic and clean, good pool, big rooms and friendly staff.
Hotel location is good, few points are near to the resort and its not too far from the railway station. Since the property is new. several amenities are under construction. Food quality is good. and it is worth to stay. because no mobile network. I would recommend those who are travelling with family and kids. kindly take the horse ride from the beginning to reach the resort.
